User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, entering a contest, or using voting features, you agree to this User Agreement and our contest rules published on the site.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Contest participation

You may enter multiple categories per contest where allowed. Photos and text must be yours to use or properly licensed. We may reject content that breaks rules or law.

4. Voting

Voting is open; higher tiers weigh more as disclosed on the site. Abuse may lead to vote nullification or account action.

5. Sponsor links

Vote cards and profiles show a Sponsor link — a URL to a website, not just a text label.

• If you add your own sponsor (brand, club, etc.), we display that website URL and optional display name.
• If you do not add a sponsor, we show the default platform link: whobigger.com (WhoBigger).

5.1 Free placement — no paid sponsorship from WhoBigger

WhoBigger does not charge entrants for sponsor placement on profiles or vote cards. We do not sell “featured sponsor” slots. Showing sponsor links is free placement on our platform so voters can see who supports an athlete.

The default whobigger.com link when you have no third-party sponsor is not a paid ad you buy from us; it identifies the platform hosting the contest.

5.2 Your responsibilities

Sponsor URLs must be legitimate and authorized. No malware, illegal goods, or deceptive redirects. We may remove links that violate policy.

5.3 No endorsement

Listing a third-party sponsor does not mean WhoBigger endorses that brand.

6. Content license

You grant WhoBigger a non-exclusive license to display your contest photos, name, bio, and links on the platform and in contest-related promotion.

7. Liability

Service is provided as-is during MVP. We are not liable for indirect damages from contests, results, or third-party sites you open via sponsor links.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement; continued use after notice means acceptance of material changes.
